  I picked up a birthday cake on Jan. 24, 2018. The cake is horrible, frosting is hard like rock and bread inside is dry too. I believe this cake was made 1 week ago. I actually went there 2 two days before 24th to order it. The girl there charged me 50 dollars. I will never go back again. If the owner see my commend and not agree, you can contact me, but this is really the worst cake ever.

  I dont know why theyre even on skip the dishes, everytime i place an order they take forever to confirm it, and then end up cancelling the order. So annoying.

  When I emailed the location, it was clear that they could care less however they did confirm it is a dense cake. For those ordering, BEWARE "Some of our frostings are sweeter then others and our cakes are a more dense cake then "airy" like a cake mix". As an FYI to Cupid's...your cakes are dense and DRY...there are moist, dense cakes that are not like cake mix. Our issue was not the density but the fact that it was dry inside and overly sweet. Would never recommend this bakery and highly recommend you try before buying for any of your special occasions.

  I've purchased from cupid's a number of times over the years and they've consistently been the best! The cupcakes are moist and the icing isn't make-your-teeth-hurt sweet. The people working there are always friendly and smiling, and they've never missed with their recommendations. I've used them for a few different events (birthdays mostly) and they always do their best to make it feel special somehow. Strongly recommend the triple chocolate. Only problem is that they run out of the best ones, so get there early!

  They made a cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday, made the icing grey instead of blue (for the sea) and made my husband sign for it. They refused to re-ice it and when I asked for my money back, the manager never even bothered to call me. Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different bakery for a special event.

  We ordered a birthday cake from Cupid's as a "test" for our engagement party where we were looking to order a 6 inch cake and approximately 100 cupcakes. The birthday cake we ordered was a 6 inch cake vanilla bean with oero in between the layers and vanilla buttercream. The cake was HORRIBLE and I am so thankful we tried it. It was incredibly sweet (I understand the Oero frosting but the cake itself was full of sugar) and DRY. We also bought 2 mini triple chocolate cupcakes because we were considering red velvet/vanilla/choco cupcakes for the engagement and they were sold out of everything except for lemon and chocolate. It literally felt like we were eating crumbs or ashes...it was dry and crumbly. The frosting was also hard and not edible but it could be because those were stale cupcakes baked in the AM and we bought them at 5:30pm (goes to show that their cupcakes cannot survive for a party).
