    Best customer service across the GTA. Got helped by Ryan that dude needs a raise. Will most definitely will be shopping there again

    No idea how the service is as we didn't get any. Walked out of the store because the one and only staff was too busy on his cell phone on a personal call. They loss the sale if 2 bikes.

    I got my bike here in the store today. It was fantastic experience. All the staff are very friendly and very knowledgable. They introduced the proper bike that fits my needs. The service is excellent and not intimidating. They are there for service and building the relationship with the customer. Great experience.

    Shop is always clean and sales staff are professional,Service Staff are the most professional group of individuals that I have seen in a bike shop.Great Selection of E-Bikes,They can work on suspension which is great to have in Halton.
