  I recently called Oak-land Ford Lincoln asking for their help with a leak in one of my tires. They suggested I come in and try their Quick Lane service. I was able to get in quickly and was out in less than an hour with a repaired tire. The service technician, Matt, couldn't have been more helpful, explaining how the process works and then following up with me every step of the way. Many thanks.

  Acting upon a recommendation to view a vehicle at Oak-land Ford, I was extremely pleased with the interaction I experienced with Steve, Brian and Patsy. I really had no intention of making a purchase since an associate accompanying me was the intended purchaser. After serious consideration, I needlessly made a proposal to purchase and was amazed at how seamless and thorough the transaction was conducted.
