  Amazing dealership, my wife and I were looking in the Burlington area, and ended in contact with Andrew DeClavasio and he was awesome in taking care of our needs. We ended up trading in our 2012 Wrangler and got the most money for it for a 2016 Wrangler Sahara. Please go and see Andrew and his team at Oakville Chrysler, do not waste your time going anywhere else. We will recommend this dealership to everyone we know.

  Great staff in the service department and very helpful people behind the parts counter. They helped me find a very obscure item that was not in the user manual. Pro tip: If you're going to go buy parts for your vehicle make sure you have your VIN#. It makes life a lot easier when trying to find those parts!

  Note : My original review was 5 star... once you drive off the lot... good luck!The day I picked up the vehicle and was waiting for licensing, I met with other employees; parts, service and admin all of which left me with a positive impression.

  I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit ( with 8k) in the fall from Mark and made the mistake of adding the carpet and leather protection. It was obvious when I got home ( 50 kilometers away ) that the treatment wasn't applied. I found a part from another vehicle and the paperwork from the previous Chrysler Canada employee that leased the Jeep under the floor mats. I contacted the sales rep several times and never heard back. I contacted the finance manager (Jaksa) and after several attempts heard back once advising me to return the vehicle and they would complete the work.

  This wasn't the only question I had as the cargo cover was missing and I understood it came with this vehicle . I never heard back from my inquiry...... as many have suggested on various auto shows .. don't purchase the leather or carpet protection it is not worth the money even if it is applied.

  From the moment I walked into the dealership to the test drive with Dimitri, and the paperwork with Chris they made it the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Dimitri took the time to listen to what I had to say and how much I had to spend and made it work with the Honda CR-V I seen on their website! Thanks again gentlemen. I will definitely be coming back for my grand Cherokee when the time is right.
