    Updated 21st Feb 2018: Changed the rating due to no call back regarding an issue. Left several voice mails for the service manager as well a service advisor who promised to have the service manager call me and never did. Can't get anyone on the phone to talk to about an issue. Very good at taking the money but not at solving an issue.

    But the sales person called Jonathan, is very helpful. And he really thinks for clients. I appreciate for his help, or else my plan will be totally ruined the next day.

    1) first time I did service, I called one day before, to reserve the shuttle back home, and mention to them the exact address. They promise to give me a ride. Then I went to do service the next day, and was told the address is too far, and they can not give me a ride. I have work afterwards, and obviously cannot stay for hours there. But finally, after I got mad, they find the driver, but they said they can only drive me back home, but not pick up.

    An honest service center at a premium price. These guys have the best mechanics (at least as of 2017 before they retire). They will try their best to fix your issue and are fairly knowledgeable. The service manager is very kind understanding and seems honest.

    Wholesomely, I had a pretty great experience. The communication was good and Matthew Marrelli was very helpful through out the whole purchasing process. My new Range Rover drives nice and smooth. Great car.

    I really find the technician department and the reception desk woman, is ruining the reputation of Your dealer. Though I got the car from this location, I don't think I'll go back to any service or repair.

    The service manager trained the other service managers at the other JLR dealerships. They are more expensive than other dealerships and charge for a loaner vehicle / rental which is the only bad point.

    2) second time I did service there, the next day i found they did no set the car properly, it shows "service required" again, so I assume it might be the car's problem, not theirs. then I went to another dealership to reset.

    3) 2 weeks later, "service required" shows again, I was very frustrated about those errors, and went back to Budd's to check it out. When I call to reserve the service, I was told it would only take about 15-20 mins. The next day, when I dropped off the car in the morning, around 11am, they said it will be done at end of day, and will contact me when it's done. Now from 20mins to whole day. But at 6pm,no one contacts me, so I tried to call them and ask. The reception desk told me the technician is not there, I can contact tomorrow. And did not even apologize? I went to store, the reception's attitude is nothing but don't care.

    I deposited my money for New range rover sport 2018 on Oct 23, 2017 and provided them all the documents which they requested. After that I never heard anything from them, assuming my order went through but when I emailed them on Dec 3 to check the status of my order and delivery date, they didn't even care to reply to my email. then I emailed them back and they responded that they did not proceed with my order. WOW they did not proceed and never informed me. Probably I would be the first one to order for next years Model and they now said their year end allocation is full. Why didn't they tell me before and no body care to inform me. Now I'm struggling to get back my $1000 refund. First they asked me to call my credit card company to get the refund (It doesn't work like that) and now they are again asking my card information with expiry date even though they have my info already. Anyway I can still buy RRS from different dealer but would never recommend this dealership
