  Our sales rep Charles did an awesome job. He was very kind, obliging and gave us great advice. Hence, we received excellent customer service from the beginning. The service department staff is very friendly and helpful as well as providing excellent customer service. Even when we had some questions on warranty, car insurance etc. in Canada they were patient with us, service-oriented and happy to help.

  From the point I walked in, to leaving with my purchase... had an amazing experience. Everyone who dealt with me was super polite and was willing to help with every question I had.   Purchased my Nissan Rogue here. I did my homework and they had exactly what I was looking for. Bit of a drive from my hometown but well worth it! I received excellent customer service from my sales rep Cameron. I did have some issues with vehicle after driving it for a few days and they took care of everything quickly and efficiently.
