  I don't think you should post new patients welcome if the receptionist wasn't willing to give me an appointment for my little girl. Also was very rude and asked the lady behind me to see her first because she was an existing customer ... the lady said this lady was here first I can wait , then she moved to the other side .... I was so upset that she was treating me this way when all I wanted to do was make an appointment to see the dentist when she was in! She then slammed a paper in front of me and said "take it home, fill it out ,and bring it back" ! So I got upset and grabbed both kids and left . It's sad to see that people hate their jobs so much, they make everyone else around them miserable . I hate to see employees bring others peoples business down because they are so selfish and don't like helping others.

  Above and beyond expectations of any dentist. My girlfriend woke up with a toothache this morning and within this same day they had her in. My experience has always been great. Very professional, and polite staff.

  The best Dentist experience you will have. Polite, service oriented and professional with dental work second to none. My son broke half of his front tooth off and they fixed it so well that you would never know it's a bonded tooth. Very pleased with their work and I would highly recommend them. We used to go to another well known dental practice however it was so busy you never felt like you had any personal service but were just part of their machine. Reflections Dental is the polar opposite experience.
