    Serious complaints to PCL and demands for accommodation by a disabled group of individuals inconvenienced by the foul stench wafting into our un-airconditioned homes right above the bin, instead of locating the bin on a vacant street with no neighbors dump residential trash into it.

    Very Negligent when it comes to placing waste bins in appropriate locations. Instead of properly assessing that the open industrial sized waste bin being filled with residential garbage and emptied infrequently becomes a health hazard.

    Environmentally and possibly criminally negligent behaviour when demands for accommodation by a cancer patient going through the hospital frequently to see this in his front yard. This should not be ignored, but it is.
