  I have to say that the staff in this store were incredible and great to deal with. I especially found the Manager Patrick and the Assistant Managers Annaliese and Fatima very helpful. Pandora products are the same in every store but the amazing customer service in this store means I will no longer go to any other Pandora location.

  My Fiance and I recently purchased our Wedding bands here. The staff were extremely helpful and not pushy like I had experienced in other stores. I also liked that the staff had an appreciation for our taste. We tried on many rings and couldn't decide what to buy. They suggested we custom order our bands and that turned out to fit our budget as well. My engagement ring is from the 1960s so we matched my fiance's band to my engagement ring. We told them exactly what we would like and the rings came back in a few weeks, looking more beautiful than we expected. I'm extremely happy with all the details in both rings and I can't wait to be married in March so I can wear mine! I was happy to take this picture as an excuse to put it on :) !

  Great experience at this location. The store manager in particular, Patrick, was courteous and highly knowledgeable about every product we inquired about, and had many helpful & honest recommendations. We will definitely come back!

  Don’t waste your time trying to call this location. I tried calling them literally 20 times between yesterday and today and they won’t answer their phone. I can’t even leave a message because their voicemail box is full. I live in Hamilton and want to ask them if they have a ring in my size in stock before I drive out to Oakville but apparently talking to them is not an option. I understand it’s a busy time of year, but the Limeridge store doesn’t seem to have a problem picking up their phone.

  Awesome staff here! Everyone knew what they were talking about. Showed me best sellers and popular charms, Fatima made great suggestions and made my holiday shopping super easy and fun! All the staff members were really nice and welcoming! Will continue to shop here because of the great customer service!
