  Friendly and efficient staff. Had physio for my arthritis here and I was pain free in 4-5 sessions. I highly recommend this place.

  I highly recommend this place. After seeing 5 different massage therapists and still not getting the relief I needed for my hip and neck, I decided to try Sheddon. I was so impressed and got the relief I was searching for. Emily was amazing and went above and beyond in treating the areas that needed treatment. Emily did an awesome job and I feel so much better and slept soundly!!!

  I was very disappointed as the first time I was rehabbed here it was very good. This time is a different story. For both of my first 2 appointment I was left waiting for 15 min each time...my time is just as important as there's. My second appointment I was taken to a bed, massaged for 5 minutes and then put on a machine for 7 minutes and was then handed a dumbbell to compete my exercises by a different person than my person that my appointment was with. My person had another client and was working with them...the person who gave me the dumbbell was also working with someone else. After I did my dumbbell exercises which took 5 minutes I waited again for 10 minutes and no one returned so I left. At reception they asked me if I needed another appointment when I was paying and I said I had no idea as no one approached me again. I guess the receptionist did not pass this information onto the person who was assigned to me as I thought I might have received a phone call or email. Oh well... I will have to find another rehab center. Very disappointing.

  Sheddon goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care, bedside manor and ensuring your injury/pain is treated in a safe and effective way. The therapist take their time and really get to the root of the problem. Big facility and lots of updated equipment and a very bright space.

  For anyone looking for a physiotherapist, a chiropractor, a massage therapist and/or a sports medicine doctor, I cannot recommend Sheddon's clinic enough! Members of my own family have come as clients here and they also had an extremely pleasant experience!

  My first time at Sheddon was as a high school CO-OP student, and now even as a university student I've come back on multiple occasions as a volunteer in the clinic.

  All staff members (from the receptionists, to the physiotherapist assistants, to the therapists themselves) are incredibly kind, professional and most importantly very knowledgeable and skilled. Over the years I have seen many clients come with varying degrees of injury, and witnessing their rehabilitation and eventual return to their daily activities is always a hugely satisfying moment.
