  Great selections for fresh bread. Cheeses are a bit on the pricey side.free coffee for shoppers is a nice touch. Try their hot plate bar , the sandwiches are delish

  This is an amazing bakery/market. Excellent cakes, pastries and breads made on site, plus cheese, meat, produce and a hot counter. Can't go in the without wanting to buy everything. My only complaint would be that they need more space as it's always packed!!

  I have been a loyal Monastery bakery customer for 18+ years, back when it used to occupy just a couple of store fronts in the plaza. Everything here is fresh and delicious, right from the baked goods and pastries, to the hot meals to go, to the wonderful deli. Prices are definitely cheaper than the big box grocery stores. It's is extremely busy on weekends and so the parking lot can be a bit of a deterrent. I just go on a weekday now instead. The reason I only give 4 stars is that this place goes through plastic bags like crazy! No one seems to be encouraged to bring their own ☹️ Really wish they would offer some of their own reusable bags for sale or implement an incentive/fee system. I always bring my own bag but I am definitely in the minority. Also, take out etc. is offered in styrofoam. Come on Monastery Bakery! Please make this small but environmentally significant change!

  Great owners that really care! They take pride in their products. It shows in the quality of their baked goods. Hot table is a hot for quick but nutritious meals for the family. Parking can be a challenge in the busy times but that is the price of success I guess. Small inconvenience for the ability to buy authentic Italian products.

  Extremely nice people working there. They take pride in their food and service. The fresh pastries and bread made daily are so good and by far the best I’ve had at any bakery. The hot counter is one you will be happy you visited. Come hungry and come early! They get extremely busy around lunch time and for good reason. The price and value and quality of what you get is so worth it. Not only is their in store experience amazing. I always order from their catering menu for any get together I have. The prices and portions are very generous and they have a wide variety; also they deliver:-)
