  This was a human error by UPS and they are refusing to make things right and ship the package to me, they have taken money, time and the actual item that belongs to me and simply state they cannot ship the items from the US to Canada because they don't have the ability.... I don't understand why UPS doesn't have the ability to provide the very basic service they sell.

  I contacted UPS by phone and paid the duties, the UPS representative confirmed that the package would be delivered to my house and specified the date, this was not the case. I shortly received a notification the day that the package was to arrive stating that the package was now being sent back to the sender in the US because the delivery person stated that the “apartment address was incorrect”. I did not receive a refund and UPS is now stating I must have the sender pay again to ship the items.

  If your a contractor do not do service for these people. After doing a repair and spending my gas and time they walked to reception locked the door behind me and said there not paying. I guess this corporation is not doing so well. I'm a just a 1 man contractor trying to earn a living and I got scammed by this apparently multi million dollar world wide corporation who can't afford to pay there contractors that do honest work for a good rate

  If I can give 0 stars I would. I have NEVER had good service with UPS. Their customer service is ATROCIOUS. I waited 38 min to be connected to an agent and she was extremely unhelpful and insisted that I needed the seller to open an missing parcel investigation due to their negligence. I ended up speaking to the supervisor who was suppose to send me her email so I can send her information and she never sent it. I called FedEX right after to deal with some other packages and I completed 3 tasks with them in the span of 4 minutes. Learn something from that.

  The worst shipping company I have ever dealt with.. very very very bad customer service. they don't deliver on time. always late and always drama, they don't know how to satisfied a customer. they don't care about customers, all they care about is how to take your money.. if there is a rating in negative I will give them negative -5 stars...

  UPS was paid to deliver a package from the US to my address. because the package was being shipped from the US I was required to pay duties before the package could be delivered to my address.

  The WORST WORST WORST.. shipping company.. I have had such a headache receiving my order I will never ever order anything from a company that Uses UPS!!!!! Be warrned.. if you're not home or don't have exact change you will have to pick up your parcel at a location that is only open for a few hours. The person gave me the wrong time and I am currently standing out in the cold with my daughter. If I don't get it now I won't have an opportunity to pick it up or have it dropped off again before they send it back to the sender... worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Go with FedEx!!°

  UPS was able to place failed delivery stickers on my door step multiple times to the same address they claimed was incorrect. I even stayed home the day it was to be delivered to ensure that I would receive the package. I also had second package due to arrive from UPS as well, this was from a different sender (CostCo). I only received the one new package which had the same address and confirmed by UPS.
