    Slow service but helped immensely, wasn’t their fault that they were swamped!

    Good customer service, unfortunately selling porr reception, lost GPS signals, and questionable data allowances is not good business, despite the fact that you smile politely while doing it. Rogers is significantly better and cheaper. The difference is truly night and day.
