    Waited over 10 minutes just to be greeted. Then was told I didn't have an appt and to come back. Branch was empty. Kennie lacked warmth and professionalism. Was willing to transfer all my business to HSBC. No Thanks.

    I would certainly give 0 stars if that were possible. I was greeted after 10 minutes of waiting while the teller gossiped with coworkers in the back. I went there to pick up a few cheque leafs and was informed that the only place that can provide cheques are my home branch (located in a different city now that I had moved) - which makes no sense what so ever!! Banks work and rely on having a strong client list which is proportional to customer service - I urge HSBC to pay a little more attention.

    tried to get through to my branch for discussions on account as the premier line could not give me satisfactory discussion. looked up branch number, but after long wait got the overseas line again I am still waiting on line while they try to get me through to the branch. When I asked for direct branch number they offered to pass on my number for a call back within 24 hours. i am still on hold while they put me through to a voice mail. Not efficient way of banking. Patience wearing thin.
