  Was there last Friday night, with a group of 6, the front staff were very rude and more interested in talking to each other. At check in, was told 1.5 hour wait. An hour later went and asked them how much longer - the answer with a quick look at the sheet - " an hour ago, we told you 1.5 hours, so 30 minutes more". It was not a math question, and would have liked a little bit more consideration to a customer's question. Needless to say, 30 minutes later, after seeing many large groups leave and we were still made to wait, decided to leave. I suggest to bring a lot of patience with you if you are going in groups of 4+. Good luck!

  This was my third experience at the keg, the second bad experience however. The first time I was at the keg our steak was very well done to the point of being shoe leather instead of being medium and medium rare. The second time was decent but nothing to write home about. The third time however was terrible.

  Asked for a medium rare steak but the inside was cold and not at all cooked. When I asked if this was a medium rare, the manager said that is how it is. I have been to several other kegs and have gotten the same order but my steak has never been cold and uncooked on the inside. I asked for my steak to be grilled a but more because I don't want to waste food either. So it was grilled but when it came back it was just burnt on the outside and still the same inside. I was so disappointed because we spent a lot of money for something I could have cooked at home for half the price and way better!

  Love this Keg location - I have been many times with friends and family. Food is consistently fabulous with lot of new additions being added. Wine/beer/cocktail selection has something for everyone and staff are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoy!

  To start off the night, the wait to be seated even with reservations was fairly long, as well as front office staff being to occupied chatting to each other. We were then sat at a table beside the bar/lounge in the far corner of the restaurant which was extremely noisy. I ordered a steak medium rare, and the first steak i received was about half fat to begin with and pretty blue inside. The waiter called the manager over when i was displeased and she said she would bring a new one and that our meals were on the house. Kudos to the manager as she was very nice and professional. When the steak finally arrived, about 15 minutes later or so, the manager stood by to see if it was to my liking, when i cut into the steak the manager herself even said that doesn't look very good. This time the steak was completely blue. At this point I told her I just wanted to leave and she offered free dessert and a 50$ gift card. Again she was very nice and tried everything she could to help us be satisfied.

  All in all, I wouldn't recommend going here, the only good thing has been their garlic cheese toast.

  Great experience. Service was excellent, food was delicious. Steak was done perfectly: slightly charred on the outside, pink in the middle. Garlic mashed potatoes are always my favorite side. Would recommend.
