  Buying a bike can be a trying experience. For me it is not something I do every year so when it is time to replace your old bike you'd like someone with patience to explain what is new and what has changed since your last bike.

  I took my bike in after the back wheel was clipped by a car. The customer service was excellent and quick. The service representative was able to "true" the wheel and adjust the gears for a reasonable price point. I will definitely be using them again for future repairs.

  I have purchased 4 bikes from them and it seems the same game every time. Best advice is to shop at the start of the year as you will get a mucg better deal and great service. Compaired to the summer/fall where you take your chances you'll get a dud sales rep and walk away disappointed

  Great shop....joe is very knowledgeable and friendly. ...absolutely no pressure to buy. Ended up buying new bike after several visits looking at it.

  As well, they like to follow MSRP so don't go in thinking you will get a deal, unless your a friend and then suddenly "we can help with those" and the price fall to more common retail levels.

  That said, cyclepath is a mixed bag of people. You can go in and get someone who comes across as rather not being there, and not wanting to spend any time guiding you towards the next right bike.

  Was looking to purchase a new bike to hit the trails with and was really impressed with the knowledgeable staff and willingness to find a bike that met my budget. Spent over an hour testing a few options and purchased one from the extensive selection on display. Highly recommend!

  Service center here really helped me out of a jam. I had a very bent rim, which was beyond repair, but they gave me a great price on a new rim, installed my tire and rotor on the new rim on the spot, and I was able to ride home in less than 30 minutes. Great service!
