  The automated phone system they have feels cheap. They sell Audi's not cable and should have a receptionist to answer the phone.

  My sales person, Shane Segal did not use high pressure sales tactics to get me to buy a vehicle. He treated both my girlfriend and I with respect. The staff at the dealership where organized with positive attitudes.

  I just purchased my first Audi. From start to finish this was one incredible experience. The folks at Oakville Audi really know their stuff, were considerate and extremely patient with me and my many questions. I HIGHLY recommend my sales rep Daniel Koz. From the start I explained what I wanted, what i could afford and my concerns around moving into more of a luxury vehicle. Daniel was more then patient, a great sales person and really helped drive me to my final decision. I was looking at a couple comparable cars, but ultimately made my decision based on Daniels knowledge of the industry and the level of service he provided. Great place to purchase a car. Ask for Daniel!

  This is one of the best service centres I’ve been to. Their focus on customer service is unprecedented. I’m typically in and out in 30mins or less, my car is typically serviced within 1 business day, and the service techs take their time in explaining work done or cause of problems with the vehicle. Phone service is not the best though, hence the 4 star.

  I attempted to have rust warranty done here however every time I called to book an appointment I was told the person in charge of rust warranty was busy or on the phone. I was told three times I would get a call back yet still have not heard back from them. When I attempted to contact the dealership the service department would not even answer the phone.
