  Lorenzo has done a first, as there are no scratches, swirls or marks now on the car. Only downside, is I'm hesitant to drive it now, it looks so good.

  look at the picture , this guy is a big joke , they don't know anything about proper car cleaning ,the owner is just trying to act like he cares but his customer service is ridiculous.

  Result of paint correction was incredible. I have a black mustang, that's twice been 'professionally' detailed in the past, never have all swirls/scratches been removed.

  I bought a new car recently and after much review, research and shopping around for paint protection and glass coating, I decided to go with Inception. Lorenzo and his team were very knowledgeable, professional and best of all personable. I also decided to get my windows tinted as well. The car turned out great and looked FANTASTIC! I was VERY impressed. The drive to Oakville was definitely worth it.

Lorenzo immediately caught my attention because of his sincerity, extensive knowledge of detailing, excellent customer service and very reasonable, competitive pricing. He definitely knows the detailing market and how to really meet his customers' needs. He's also a genuinely cool guy!

  The guy has a lot of pictures showing he takes pictures with this guy or that guy, instead of all that learn your job and clean the car you get paid for correctly. What is this ? car detailing or a mess? what inception?

  I went with the Aerman detailing package and 22Ple Mistico Elemento glass coating. After the work was completed, the car looked absolutely amazing!!!!! 22Ple creates a nice deep shine to the paint and a scratch resistant layer of protection. The coating also makes it a breeze to wash the car. Heads were turning!!

  It was really hard for me to find just the right detailer to work on my brand new ride. I called numerous 'other' detailers across the GTA. Those other detailers were either inexperienced or were so clueless to the fact that google exists and tried to 'gouge' and overcharge me for detailing service. Not cool!

  Totally impressed with Lorenzo and his staff! Had them do ceramic coating, paint protection film, and window tinting. Customer service at every level was excellent - knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient. And price point was the same as at other places. Highly recommend!
