  I worked here for 6 years - I started at 15 and left at 21. I learned all of my valuable customer service skills from this job but shopping here now is a joke. Yes, it is all kids working, mind you it was all kids when I was there too. They have no desire to help, the minute someone asks for help they act like you're asking for the world, they're completely miserable and the store always looks like garbage. I loved working here when I was younger, clearly the dynamic and the core values of the employees has changed. Disappointed to say the least. Rarely shop here now.

  I love urban planet, just for their clothes. But the employees here are horrible. All standing around not helping anyone, but their selves.I would rate this a 1 because bad service , employees are horrbile, store is a mess. Seems like all the care about in here while hiring their employees is just their looks! one day i purchased a couple of items and the secruity tag was not off and had to go back. Not impressed.

  Also, I do not understand why the layout of the store is how it is, it is dumb. The cashier area is double sided and is in the center of the store itself, making it rather simple for a shoplifter to get away (do not forget that there are like 5 people working here). I am also disappointed to know that they are always running out of Medium sized clothing for males, bad!

  With only seeing 5 people working here, I am amazed how they get their jobs done (slowly). With only one person managing the fitting rooms, AND occasionally walking out to put stuff back in place, I am disappointed with this location. If you are a male looking to buy some clothes, DONT! This store is 90% female orientated and has only a 10 by 10 meter section for men.

  My second problem is why are there no mirrors inside the fitting room? Why is there a huge window for people to see YOU checking yourself in the mirror? Why not get a huge and beautiful sugn that says fitting room?

  I wish this store had better customer service. You can never find anyone to help you retrieve something. The lines always get so long and only one person on cash. The staff just doesn't seem to want to be bothered to help anyone or even smile at customers. Many times I've asked for help and they say they'll be right back and don't come back. I love this store but I avoid going to this location because of the bad customer service. You need to hire more professionals and friendlier more efficient staff.

  I'm not a huge fan of Urban Planet in general but this store feels particularly crowded and overwhelming. It is however humongous so if you're looking for options, this is your place!
