  I ordered the premium basket for my aunt based on the picture on the website. Instead this is what my aunt received. I am embarrassed that this is the gift she received. Called the store and was told this is the industry standard. I have ordered flowers many, many times from different florists and have never had a more pathetic display than this. The site says 100% guarantee but I am not satisfied. I was also not treated very nicely on the phone.

  I live in the Yukon and wanted to have some flowers delivered to my special friend Diane, in Oakville. I also wanted to try to support local business, and so on the web I picked out Ada's, but with no previous association nor experience with Ada's.

  Excellent Service, the flowers were beautiful and delivered on the same day. I placed the order within 30 min of the cut off for same day delivery and was a bit worried but they delivered them that day. I really appreciate the free delivery and variety of arrangements available. I will order again when I need flowers. Thank you.
