  Convenient location, lots of products to choose from, we'll stocked, extremely friendly & helpful staff. Seasonal appropriate / required items right out front, i.e, snow shovels. Ample free parking, wheelchair accessible. The returns process was painful, software required cashier to manually input a great variety of information. Unlike other big box home reno stores where the returns process is quick, convenient and accurate. But unlike those other places the sales staff here was plentiful and immediately availiable to help.

  I called the store again and spoke to Sharon she didn't seem to care at all and told me they must of had computer problems that's why no one called me but she was able to find my full contact info.

  Great service! If you have a plumbing or electric issue...see Tony, he is the BEST!! Tony always has the answers and will go out of the way to help you. He really sincerely cares to help you and in the best and most economical way. In subsequent visits he often will ask how the last project worked out that he helped me with. Smart, personable, friendly, honest, caring and sincere....that's Tony! Tony is the main reason I keep coming back!! The world needs more Tonys!!

  Great place to shop, good product displays ,well lit , lots of products to choose from, friendly , knowledgeable staff, I have bought "custom doors" through them, good product and great installers !

  Called Rona to get new windows and doors installed before the winter and told them I was in a rush, i was promissed a call back within 2 days. didn't hear back from anyone for over a week.
